TERMS & CONDITIONS 購票須知

 購票前請詳閱注意事項:

1.IEMSHOWPLACE.COM網路購票對於無法挑選座位的區域採取先買先得方式,由您購買價格電腦挑選的門票價格中間賣起至兩旁.

 

2. 同一個訂購號碼的門票會安排坐在一起. 如分開購買, 但希望安排坐在一起. 請致電 718-888-3113.

 

3. 購票時,請選擇取票三種方式:

(一) 郵寄 -演唱會門票將郵寄到訂票地址 Priority Mailing Service 及手續費: 美金15元,票數不限。如果你的信用卡地址與郵寄地址不一樣的,請在備註中注明你的郵寄地址。我們會以Priority Mail寄出。USPS 會發出查詢號碼去到你的電郵. (演唱會前7天購票者,恕不接受郵件寄票)。如果開演前7天仍未收到演唱會票,請致電 718-888- 3113與主辦聯絡查詢,否則視做已經收到,現場不再辦理。

(二) 門市取票- 布碌崙: 805 57街 4樓 / 法拉盛: 40-09 Prince街 2樓. *請務必攜帶與購買者相符之證件以茲證明

(三) 演場取票-請於演唱會當天(開場前2小時至開場後20分鐘)前往現場取票處(Stage pick up)取票。現場取票時請務必攜帶與購買者相符之證件以茲證明。

 

4. 美國境外訂票者,恕不接受郵寄,請於演出當天至演唱會現場取票。

 

5. 請注意:網上購票交易成功後,不可以換票,退票。

 

6.為維護您的權益,請勿向他人購買票券,屆時將無法進場,主辦單位保留取消該票之權利。

 

7.請確實核對訂購內容,本票劵一經售出,表示台端同意支付本次交易的內容與價格,台端不得以任何理由拒付本次交易費用。

 

8.入場卷請小心保管,如發生遺失、損毀、破損等情形,一律不予重新開票。任意塗改、影印或套印、掃描複製票劵,均屬無效票。

 

9.一人一票,憑票入場,孩童亦需購票。因考量整體音量恐對孩童造成影響及其身高受限而影響視線,購票前請自行斟。

 

10.活動現場嚴禁使用相機、攝影機;禁止攝錄影、錄音。如經查獲,將由工作人員留置器材保管並刪除拍攝內容,但損壞與遺失概不負責,現場工作人員亦有權將底片與記憶卡加以強制曝光或強制刪除,並保留法律追訴權,謝謝您的合。

 

11. 場內禁止攜帶以下器材/物品,違者逕行沒收。 a. 自拍棒、自拍神器等器材。 b. 手拍、哨子、加油棒等製造聲響之物品。c.大面積、LED燈牌類、氣球及板凳等會妨礙到其他歌迷觀賞演唱會的應援製作物。

 

12. 場內禁帶外食飲料、寵物,敬請配合。開演後手機請關機或開靜音。

 

13. 活動若因故延期或取消,主辦單位不負交通及住宿費之補償。

 

14.相關規定以活動官網及現場公告為主,主辦單位保留加場、修改、終止及本活動相關演出內容之權力。

 

15.請於購票前確認購票細節。並呼籲您不要購買來路不明的票劵,以免自身權益受損,主辦單位將保留認定票券合法性之權力。其他購票相關問題請環球客服諮詢專線718-888-3113(上班時間:週一~週日 8:00AM-7:00PM)由客服人員為您服務解說。

 

16. 通過iemshowplace.com網站訂購門票及一切服務您必須承認及同意上述條款和條件.並請遵守演出場地的規定有關門票的疑問,請致電 718-437- 7717 或718-888- 3113。

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

1. Seats will be assigned starting from center column toward side columns on a first come, first service basis for online purchasers. General admission ticket price zone does not offer seat selection option.

 

2. Tickets purchased under the same order number will have seats assigned together.  If tickets are purchased separately under different order numbers and wish to have the seats assigned together, please call 718-888-3113 and we will try our best to accommodate on a case-by-case basis.

 

3. Please select the following three delivery options when purchasing tickets online:

(a.) By mail - Tickets will be mailed to you using Priority Mailing Service by United States Postal Service. If you choose Priority Mailing ($15.00), we will mail the tickets to your address via US

Postal Services Priority Mail, in the meantime the tracking number will be sent to your email address by USPS.  We don't offer Priority Mailing Service delivery within 7 business days of concert date. If you choose to receive your order through mail delivery as opposed to local pickup, please make sure the purchase is made 7 business days prior to the concert. If you have not received your tickets prior to seven (7) days of the concert date, please call us at 718-888-3113 to inquire, otherwise it would deemed you have received your tickets by mail.  We will NOT be able to assist you on event day if you do not call in advance.

 

(b.) Local Pick Up – You may pickup tickets at our local ticket office in Brooklyn (805 57th St, 4th Floor, Brooklyn, NY) or in Flushing (40-09 Prince St, 2nd Floor, Flushing NY).  To pick up your tickets, you must present the purchase order number, valid government-issued photo I.D. along with the credit card used to purchase your tickets.  Tickets must be picked up 2 business days prior to concert date.    

 

(c.) Stage Pick Up – You may pick up your tickets at a designated online-tickets pick up area at the venue (normally in front of the venue entrance) on the day of the concert.  The designated online tickets pick up area opens from approximately two (2) hours prior to the start of the concert to twenty (20) minutes after concert begins.  To pick up your tickets, you must present the purchase order number, valid government issued photo I.D., and the credit card used to purchase your tickets.

 

4. We do not offer any mailing service outside of the United States. Please choose the Stage Pick Up delivery option for picking up your tickets on the day of concert.

 

5. All sales are final.  All payments received for tickets are non-refundable and tickets purchased are non-exchangeable once the online purchase is completed. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or refunded.

 

6. To avoid buying, using counterfeit or stolen tickets, please purchase tickets directly through IEMshowplace.com or through authorized ticket outlets only to ensure ticket authenticity.  Tickets purchased through unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and, if so, are void. 

 

7. Before purchasing ticket(s), please carefully review your concert event and seat selection. There will be no issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased.  

 

8. Put your ticket(s) in a safe place. Once ticket(s) has been purchased, there will be no issuing exchanges or refunds for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets. Tickets therefore cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen, or damaged.

 

9. One ticket per person. All children, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Please consider the type of environment for children, as it is your responsibility to check whether the concert is suitable for any children in your party. 

 

10. Orders are subject to credit card approval and processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, IEMshowplace.com customer service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If we are unable to reach you after our initial attempt, we may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer without further notice.

 

10. It is strictly forbidden to use cameras and video cameras at the concert venue; video recording or audio recording of the concert is not allowed. 

 

11. The following items are not permitted into all concert venues:  weapons of any kind, selfie sticks, whistles, boom sticks, LED signage that is deemed too large that interfere other concert attendees, balloons, or any item that cause sightline issues to other concert attendees.

 

12. Outside food, beverage, and pets are not allowed into concert venue. 

 

13. If the concert is postponed or cancelled, we will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a canceled or postponed event.

 

14. In the additions to all the terms contained under Terms and Conditions, your attendance at any concert may be subject to additional terms or restrictions of the venue.

 

15. You assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting COVID-19 or any other communicable disease or illness, or a bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however caused or contracted, and voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims against iemshowplace.com, IEM Group Inc., and their affiliated companies relating to such risks, hazards, and dangers.
